Rooted Business Foundations was built from lived experience. The real, often messy intersection of entrepreneurship, identity, and growth. It comes from understanding what it feels like to build something meaningful while navigating the weight of responsibility, uncertainty, and the desire to do business in a way that actually aligns with who you are.

Founders Katie Dirrig and Isaiah Iventosch first connected in the real estate industry, where Isaiah became Katie’s very first hire. What started as a strong professional partnership quickly grew into something deeper: a shared understanding that there had to be a better, more aligned way to support entrepreneurs beyond traditional systems.

As their work grew and their own success expanded, so did a bigger question: What if business support could be more than operational efficiency? What if it could also feel inclusive, affirming, and built for the realities of women, queer, and underserved entrepreneurs who are often left to navigate growth without true support?

From that question, Rooted Business Foundations was created: A framework designed not just to manage business, but to support the people behind it. Together, Katie and Isaiah reimagined what comprehensive business support could look like: flexible enough to grow with you, grounded enough to keep you steady, and intentional enough to honor both your business goals and your identity.
